Dating between 1865 / 1870 Neuadd Isaf is a unique Victorian Farmhouse.
On a traditional working farm amidst unspoilt countryside, it is one mile from the historic Market Town of Builth Wells. Each year Builth Wells hosts the famous Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and many other exciting events. Parking is off road. It is an ideal base for outdoor activity or pure relaxation.

Large, traditional farmhouse kitchen with flagstone floor - cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Though centrally heated throughout, kitchen and parlour have Emberglow gas fires. Cast iron and oak fireplaces provide warming focal points.

This has a flagged floor and reflects a hundred and twenty one years in the present owner's family through furniture, pictures, photographs and books.

This has genuine Edwardian furniture, a fine cast iron fireplace with Victorian flower paintings on glass above the mantelshelf.

A lithograph in this room dates from about 1870.

First Bedroom

Furniture here dates from 1900 to 1930. Wherever possible we still use the original Edwardian linen that belongs to the house.

A large old-fashioned style bathroom with large bath, water closet, washbasin and roomy airing cupboard with plenty of linen.

Until 1930 this was the servant girl's bedroom. The bathroom was first fitted around 1930.
